AccountaBuild is a fitness accountability app you use with a small group of people you know. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

Account information. Your email address and display name, so you can sign in and your group can recognise you.
Fitness data you log. Workouts, calorie entries, body weight, and progress photos — either entered by hand or, with your permission, read from Apple Health or Health Connect.
Health app data (optional). If you enable syncing, we read workouts, nutrition, and body weight from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). You can turn this off at any time in Settings, and revoke it entirely from the Health app itself.
Group content. Messages, photos, and reactions you post to your groups.
Technical data. Crash reports and performance timings (via Sentry), plus basic app-health information such as app version and last-opened time, used to find and fix bugs.
That is the complete list.
Your group can see: your display name and photo, your logs (workouts, calorie-logging activity, weigh-in frequency), your streaks, rank, Fitness Points, badges, and anything you post in group chat or photos.
Your group cannot see: your body weight, your email address, your goal targets, or any data from a group you're not both in.
We can see the above plus your email, for support and moderation.
These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Delete your account. Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, goals, logs, weigh-ins, points history, badges, and photos. Messages you posted in group chats remain so conversations still make sense, but they are detached from your name and identity.
Turn off health syncing. Settings → Health, or revoke permission in the Apple Health / Health Connect app.
Control notifications. Settings → Notifications, per category.
Block and report. Press and hold any message, log, or photo.
If you'd like a copy of your data or have any other request, email support@munitor.ai.
Your data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account it is removed immediately, other than anonymised chat messages as described above. Crash reports are retained for 90 days.
AccountaBuild is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes materially, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
